Fantastic buying opportunity to purchase a rock specimen that is
known to be found only in, and around the surrounding areas of Big Sur Ca.
In some cases, rocks that are super rare, and almost impossible to find anymore.

Other than some surface sanding by hand....
This piece has a lot going for it.  First, its a pretty solid stone,
and would be a fine specimen to use for carving/sculpting.
There are NO major cracks/chips, and or intrusions.  This specimen is one of only a handful
of stones that I have found in the last 8 years on the beach at Jade Cove.
What's interesting to note about this piece is where it shows some Vulcan.
The last picture will describe what I'm talking about.  As you can see,
it
looks to have some Vulcan Jade at the thickest end of the stone?
PERSONAL SUGGESTION/TIP:
Understand I'm far from being an expert in this field.  But,
just by
looking at the end, suggests that the Vulcan part could run deep inside?
Perhaps, if you where to do some sanding, and or better yet, cut a
slice off the back end here.  I would be very surprised if you didn't see
more within the piece?
Anyways, you don't have to take my uneducated word for it.
