This easy to hold
USA vintage
CASE XX knife
has a
reflective fixed blade
and
features a 7/8"
long
up-swept notched thumb rest,
for better blade control.
The
bright 3  1/4" blade
displays clear & bold factory stamping.
One
solid C
lip-point blade
that is designed with
a
long
false top edge
(or swedge) which could be sharpened if desired.  This
6  3/8"
oal hunting / skinning knife is perfect for bird or trout and other small game.
The
vintage steel blad
e is mostly
"Mirror-like"
along with some expected thin faint surface scratches/rubs or tiny short light surface honing marks
.  I'll leave any decision to sharpen the fixed-blade up to the new owner.
A beautiful & scarce 323 - 3  1/4  knife...
just waiting for the right person to appreciate its

HANDLE
:
The
tight leather washer
handle
has
secure spacers and fittings,
and the knife has
No looseness
.  This early model has a
3/4" long finger guard
and
shiny birds head style Aluminum pommel.
There are
secure
Aluminum
fittings
and
tight
black
and
dark-red composite spacers
at end and the leather washers, and this handle is in
"Very Good Vintage Condition"
for its age.
The nice
dark-brown
stacked leather handle
has a
few
light signs of handling or a couple tiny light surface scuffs,
consistent for being decades old.
A must-have
small-game knife for the collector or fisherman,
and this
Great USA vintage beauty feels
solid & comfortable
when held in your hand.

SHEATH
:
The
original
CASE XX leather sheath
is included and
has
intact
stitching,  thick belt loop,  stiff throat area,  secure rivets,
and a
working keeper
strap w/ metal snap
and
"Fits the knife like a glove."
The nice vintage sheath has some
normal signs of light handling/surface scuffs, and a few surface wrinkles/lines, consistent for the age.
For its compact size of
6  3/4" long,
this

CASE XX leather belt-sheath
is
heavy-duty
and
offers easy, safe carrying of the knife
