I’m from Pittsburgh and I got a lot of puzzles! Mint condition. I always take perfect care of each and every one of my puzzles. If it is labeled as brand new it is brand new. Furthermore: 9 times out of 10 I get things shipped within 24hrs. But don’t hold me to it. I will go to the post office typically 5 of 6 days their open. I’ll always ship at least within 48 hours. I ship with Usps. But if you want a different service or upgraded shipping I can accommodate. I sometimes drop off a lot of packages at once so they don’t always scan them until they move to the next destination. So it may take an extra day or two for tracking to update. I suggest to copy and paste tracking into google. If it’s over 1lb it’s shipped priority. If it’s under 1lb or you make an offer for less than the listed price, it’s shipped first class. I include free shipping with all of my listings. If you want priority shipping don’t make an offer. Buy it at the listed price. So please take that into consideration. And I know the listings are marked as no returns accepted. But if there is something wrong I will for sure accept your return. Please do not break a puzzle and then expect a refund. I check every single puzzle before it ships. Please Understand, most of these puzzles are handcrafted in small batches at a time. Some of them are delicate. Absolutely no force is required ever. A lot of puzzles are made from laser cut wood. They can break with the use of force. Please, Please, Don’t break a puzzle and message me that you got a broken puzzle. In most cases if that happens it’s accidental and we can come to an agreement together on how to resolve the issue. Also no buy, solve, returns. Contact me the day you received it if there is a problem. Don’t wait 2 weeks and then contact me. I also do not collect your tax dollars. eBay keeps that. And, eBay isn’t free. I pay a lot to sell on eBay. Like, seriously a lot. I cover all of the PayPal fees. I buy all the boxes, bags, paper, tape, labels, printer ink, bubble wrap, ect.. All of this is taken into consideration when pricing. I am a private seller. I make very little using eBay. Just enough to cover the fees and buy a puzzle or two. This isn’t paying my bills. I still have a job. Although I am working on a website and purchasing wholesale so I can offer better prices and supply puzzles that you would typically have to buy from across seas. Again I’m adding to this description. I’m pulling a lot of my high end puzzles in the future and moving them to the CD Marketplace. And that takes place four times a year. I do have a lot more puzzles than I have listed. But ultimately it takes a lot of time to create these listings. Time that I don’t always have. But I am back to work after being furloughed due to the pandemic. But I’m still making it to the post office five days a week. I’m still doing my thing here on eBay.
