    Chroma-Q Spectra Q3 scroller
    With 16 color theatre string and mounting plate
    From a community college which switched to LED fixtures.
    Bench tested for about a minute to see if it worked and moved when given signal.  This unit powered up and responded to signal.  Did not observe any cracks in the case and it has a mounting plate.
    OK = powered up, responded to signal
    Gel Damage = Melting while rolled up,usually worse at end of string.  See pics for extent of damage.
