    Cutco Fisherman's Solution Adjustable Fillet Knife The blade adjusts from its set  position of 6.75 " out to 8.75" by releasing the lever in the handle, also has an amazing Multi Function Sheath, Stone sharpener for hooks and blade, handy line cutter notch and the sheath doubles as fish skinning pliers. this is model No. 5720 JI and has Cutco's famous forever warrantee, the knife is in excellent condition.
