I always weigh it over the advertised weight.  All of the other sellers send you either right at what the listing says, or even less.  I don't screw you like that.  I know this stuff is hard to work with and you can lose a lot due to mechanical loses (weighing, cutting, oxidation, transferring to new containers, etc).  If I say I'm sending 30g, expect 31g-32g to help mitigate mechanical loses and because I feel you deserve a tiny extra bit to experiment with before dedicating it all to a project.   I appreciate your business and show my appreciation by getting your products to you fast, in a pure form and foremost, safely.  They don't.  The only exception is my good friend, JD Chemist.  He does an excellent job at getting you what you need at a fair price.
We also don't mark your product as being shipped until after it leaves our hands like other sellers do.  They go ahead and mark it as shipped to keep their shipping ratings up and wait ages to actually ship your product.  Not us.  We label it as being shipped and put in the tracking numbers as soon as we take it to the shipper and get back to the shop.  We upload them when we get back to ensure that you know as soon as it ships, or my assistant will ship your items and I will upload the tracking when I get back to the shop.  It normally takes about 3 days to arrive once shipped, though I have seen 4-5 day times.  But that's rare.  If your items end up weighing more than 13 ounces when packaged, they will be shipped via Priority Mail, which takes a few extra days.  The tracking in ebay will tell you when it will arrive.
We're here to please the customer.  Not to make ourselves look good.  The product alone should be able to do that.  The way I see it, if they have to work just to make themselves look good, like some other element sellers do, not naming any names, (cough, cough *Luciteria* cough, cough) they probably aren't very good and screw you on weights of your product, take forever to actually ship your stuff, package it extremely crappy and it gets crushed while in transit, use as little packaging as possible, send the worst samples possible, etc.  Your work and products should do all of that for you and all elements should be packaged well.  I don't care what it is.
