Emerald variety Beryl from Spruce Pine North Caolina. This specimen has been weathered smooth and shows no crystal form. Has a nice variety of green colors and the black I believe is likely Tourmaline Schorl.
Acquired from a friend who self collected it and others on a trip out there a few years ago.
37 grams.
1-1/4" length.
