Vintage Something's Fishy sardine can brain teaser puzzle

Missing the key that opens the can, but it can be pried open with something flat.
Otherwise complete with instructions/solution.
Small snag in the label.
This cute puzzle is packaged in a sardine tin shaped container. Can you get all the fish to fit inside? Excellent condition - slight wear to container from use. Non-smoking home. Tin is 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 3/4".
