Vintage Kabar Model #1210 "J Bowie" Bowie Knife, Hardwood Handle

Description

This auction is for one vintage Kabar model #1210 "J Bowie" bowie knife with dark hardwood handle scales.  The total length of the knife is 13.25 inches.  The length of the blade is 8.5 inches.  The tang stamp on the front side of the blade says "Kabar, 1210 U.S.A."  The front of the blade is also marked with "J Bowie."  This blade is in good overall condition.  The blade does show signs of being used and sharpened.  There is also some minor spotting on the blade.  This knife features a brass finger guard followed by beautiful dark hardwood handle scales secured with brass pins.  The handle scales on this knife are in good condition with no chips or cracks.  Overall this knife is in good condition.  This knife does come with a brown leather belt sheath however it is not the original sheath and not in very good condition.  If you have any questions about this knife please let me know.  Happy Bidding and please take a look at my other knives up for auction!!!
