VINTAGE LARGE BOWIE KNIFE G. C. Co GUTTMAN CUTLERY JAPAN STAG INDIAN HEAD POMMEL

Here we have an unusual VINTAGE LARGE BOWIE KNIFE marked G. C. Co (GUTTMAN CUTLERY an old New York import company) is marked JAPAN and 81) has a STAG handle with an unusual aluminum INDIAN HEAD POMMEL. The 8 1/4 inch blade if sharpened was only slightly, no scratches etc Has some staining and light freckling which should clean probably. Genuine stag handle is fine no damage such as cracks or repairs. Very distinctive pommel is fine. Sheath looks to be original, overall it is in good condition but does have loss to the tips stitching which I have taken a photo of to show you. Please see my photos which shows everything well.
