Vintage - MARBLES IDEAL - 1930's-40's - Custom Sheath w/ Imperial 2 Blade Jack

Description

This vintage carbon steel blade is tang stamped "MARBLE'S - GLADSTONE - MICH. U.S.A."  The clip blade has two wide large fullers.  The knife has been used and has a little light pitting.  The handguard is brass with a stacked leather handle.  The spacers at each end are black, brass, red, brass and black in that order.  The pommel is aluminum.
The main clip blade on the pocketknife is tang stamped "IMPERIAL - PROV______" and the pen blade is tang stamped "IMPERIAL - PROVIDENCE, R.I."  The main blade has the long nail pull.  Both carbon steel blades have staining and light pitting.  Both blades have excellent snap on the open and close.  Both are very tight with no wiggle or wobble.  The liners are brass and the fancy bolsters are nickel silver.  The celluloid handle has real abalone chips in vibrant colors.
These knives come with a handmade and hand tooled leather sheath with the original "GLADSTONE - MARBLE - MICH." stamped snap strap.  Sheath has leather lacing and tooled with a deer, fish, trees, pine cones, etc.  The initials "ORB" are between the belt slots.
